Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms govern the use of Cordex, a customer service, CRM, campaign, and AI automation platform for WhatsApp and other channels, provided by CORDEX AI TECNOLOGIA LTDA, Brazilian taxpayer ID (CNPJ) 62.535.738/0001-00 ("Cordex"). By creating an account or using the platform, the API, the MCP server, or the Cordex connectors in AI assistants, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Account
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Anyone who creates a company in Cordex represents that they have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
- You are responsible for the security of your password, your API keys, and the access you authorize to applications and AI assistants.
- Members invited to a company are bound by these terms and by the rules set by its administrators.
2. Plans, trials, and payment
- Plans, limits, and prices are shown on the platform's billing page. The subscription renews automatically until canceled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchased AI and message credits are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Messages charged by third parties (for example, Meta fees on the official WhatsApp API) and media spend on ad networks are the customer's responsibility.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Cordex to:
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or contact people without a legal basis or without opt-in where required;
- violate the policies of Meta/WhatsApp, ad networks, or other connected channels;
- engage in fraud, scams, phishing, hate speech, harassment, or illegal activities;
- process sensitive personal data without a legal basis, or minors' data without the legally required safeguards;
- attempt to circumvent limits, test for vulnerabilities without authorization, reverse engineer, or overload the infrastructure.
4. Customer content and data
The content your company puts into Cordex remains its own. You grant us only the license necessary to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the Services. Your company is responsible for having a legal basis to process its contacts' data, and Cordex acts as the processor in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. AI features
Agents, the Copilot, and automations use AI models that can make mistakes. Review important responses and actions, especially mass messaging and ad spend. For external assistants, tools that modify or delete data are marked as such so that the assistant asks for your confirmation.
6. API, MCP server, and third-party assistants
- The API and the MCP server allow applications and AI assistants you authorize (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok) to read and modify company data within the approved scopes.
- You are responsible for the actions you ask the assistant to perform; they have the same effect as actions taken on the platform and are recorded in the activity log.
- The assistant is a third-party service, subject to its provider's terms and privacy policy. Cordex does not control and is not responsible for the assistant's responses.
- We may limit, suspend, or revoke API and OAuth access in case of abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
7. Availability and support
We strive to keep the Services available and secure, but they may experience interruptions for maintenance or because of third-party failures (such as messaging channels). Support: suporte@cordex.ai or WhatsApp +55 11 98805-6388.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cordex is not liable for lost profits, data loss caused by third parties, blocks on numbers or accounts imposed by channels and ad networks, or indirect damages. Cordex's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination, data is handled in accordance with the retention section of the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and venue
We may change these terms, giving reasonable advance notice of significant changes. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of the Judicial District of São Paulo/SP are elected as the venue, without prejudice to consumer rights where applicable.
